More tips for Season Pass holders

  • 📲 Add your Season Pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
    • Download the Hersheypark App (if you already have it, make sure you’re on the latest version)
    • Tap “HPGO” at the bottom
    • Create/login to a HPGO account (which is a separate login from your Season Pass account 🤦‍♂️)
    • Once logged into HPGO, tap HPGO at the bottom of the app again and select “Digital Season Pass”
    • Link your Season Pass if needed by using your Season Pass’ login (not your HPGO login)
    • Once your Season Pass is visible in the app, you should see a button (under the barcode) to add it to your phone’s wallet
  • 🏀 Gaming Card 15% discount
    • Season Pass Holders will need to speak with a team member at select games locations or visit Guest Services to complete a one-time activation on their game card to receive the 15% discount across all games.
    • Past Season Pass Holders need to reactivate their 15% discount at Guest Services, even if they activated the discount last year.
  • 💳 Need to pick up your Season Pass (or goodie bag) and the ticketing line is too long?
    • Head straight to the gate for entry.
    • Show your confirmation email PDF with the QR code at the main gate for admittance
    • Once inside Hersheypark, visit an in-park Guest Services location to take a picture and receive your physical Season Pass. This can only be done one time in April or May, so make sure to process your pass inside the park at a Guest Services location or on your way out!

Tips for all Hersheypark Visitors

  • Wildcat’s Revenge opened June 2, 2023!
  • Download the Hersheypark app to view ride wait times. Candymodium usually fills up fast once the park opens, so you might want to start with it if you arrive early.
  • Hersheypark is cashless and only accepts credit/debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay. If you’re sending a teen into the park with some friends, or simply want other options, here are some alternatives:
    • Purchase an e-Gift Card in advance
    • There are Cash-to-Card kiosks located throughout the park. These are Visa prepaid cards that can be used anywhere Visa is accepted if you don’t use them completely before leaving the park.
    • If you or your teen uses Venmo or the Square Cash App, you might be able to add the virtual debit card to your phone’s wallet.
  • ZooAmerica is included with your admission, and is a nice break from the park if it gets too busy.
  • Get free water: Walk up to any concession stand serving fountain drinks and ask for a cup of water. You’re also allowed to bring one unopened bottle of water into the park.
  • Free Wi-Fi: Hersheypark offers free Wi-Fi throughout the park, which is useful if your teen doesn’t yet have a phone of their own, and you’re giving them an old phone (without service) for the day.
